If you’re a provider or colleague looking to refer someone for therapy services, you’re in the right place. I value collaborative care and appreciate your trust in supporting your client’s emotional well-being.
Populations Served
With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field — including roles in medical social work, Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST), suicide prevention, and CCSS coordination—I bring a multidisciplinary, collaborative, and systems-aware lens to therapy. My approach is grounded in relational connection, trauma-informed care, and a deep respect for each client’s unique cultural and lived experiences. I provide bilingual (English/Spanish) therapy for adolescents, adults, and families, and have experience working with diverse populations across a range of intergenerational, identity-related, and systemic challenges

Modalities:
I integrate a variety of evidence-based and experiential modalities tailored to each client’s needs. My approach blends brain-body interventions, cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness practices, psychoeducation, and community-based support, within a relational and strengths-based framework. This allows me to support clients in both clinical and real-world settings. Some of the approaches I incorporate include:
-
Brainspotting – facilitating access to and processing of unresolved trauma and emotional distress through neurobiologically attuned eye positions.
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – structured interventions that address maladaptive thought and behavior patterns, fostering healthier coping and resilience.
-
Solution-Focused Therapy – goal-oriented, strengths-based conversations that emphasize resources and future possibilities.
-
Mindfulness-Based Approaches – practices that enhance emotional regulation, presence, and stress reduction.
-
Psychoanalytic Approach – exploring deeper patterns, past experiences, and relationships to gain insight into how they shape your present life, opening space for lasting growth and change.
-
Psychoeducation – providing clients and families with knowledge and tools to increase insight, autonomy, and engagement in the therapeutic process.
-
Community-Based Support (CCSS) – interventions conducted in home and community settings to reinforce skills and promote functional independence.
My work is grounded in creating safety, relationship-building, empowerment, and honoring each client’s lived experience
